Shipping policy

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however due to high demand of products this can take between 3-10 working days for dispatch. Preorders and bespoke arrangements can take between 2-4 weeks see product description for more information.

During busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday this may be longer.

Delivery details and tracking numbers will be provided in your dispatch email.

We ship to mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland only. All UK Mainland orders are made via Parcel force some may be shipped by hermes.

For local orders we also offer a free collection service from WA9 (St Helens).

Some fragile items may cost more to ship, this will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by emailing us.

Parcelforce tend to make one attempt at delivering your parcel. If you miss delivery, a slip will be posted through your door with instructions on how to collect your parcel from your closest depot. In the event your parcel is returned to us, you will be required to pay the postage fee again to enable this to be resent.
